Intermediate and Advanced Level Class; some experience recommended.
This class is 75 minutes and TOTALLY worth it!! It is based on the 7 Doorways style of Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga from the Kest lineage. A blend of meditation, breath, and power. Free flow is prevalent in this class allowing the student to connect with their own body and breath. Same flow weekly to allow for a more meditative flow. Set to rhythmic music in our warm tranquil studio space.

All Levels Welcome.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, mostly seated, with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Poses will be held for 2-5 minutes depending on the pose and level of experience of the student. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues of the body- the tendons, fascia, and ligaments- with the aim of increasing blood flow to the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Slow down, breath, find stillness and do YIN with us. Props: Bolster, two blocks, blanket.

Come relax, let go, and let your healing light breath practitioner, Jodi Ryan, be your guide each week as you access major energy centers in the body. These centers hold habits, impressions, pain and old patterning.

All levels welcome.
A mid-week reset. We spend way too much time being distracted... maybe it's music, TV, our phones; whatever it is, we need silence in our lives. It's important to find stillness and connect with ourselves.
We will open the yoga studio for 30-minutes every Wednesday morning for silence. You can meditate, you can process whatever you need to process, or you can just sit. All that is required is that you stay in silence for 30 minutes.
This is a free class offering. Feel free to donate for time and space if you feel called to.

To be energetic and balanced at the same time- it’s our goal. Once kundalini energy has risen up the central column of the spine and then returns down the ida and the pingala nerve channels to be distributed and balanced in all the chakra, a person’s life takes a new quality. Let’s be masters of our own life.
Exercises will work with nervous system, stimulate the heart, circulatory system and glandular system. It’s works powerfully on the mental realm as well, training you to concentrate and gain control of your mind.
